• RETURNS / REFUNDS •
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your package and we will accept the return in the form of Store Credit. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.

Undergarments are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

HeavenlyComfort holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.

• RETURNED MAIL •
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:

2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
